I'm a full spectrum doula, practicing in and around Waterloo Region since 2016.
My "full spectrum" training gives me the ability to assist a wide range of support needs from struggles with conception and very early pregnancy, all the way to helping you get your baby onto solid foods. With a special focus in trauma informed care, I'm also equipped to support individuals and families through abortions, miscarriages, stillbirths and greiving of infant loss.
